Ordering from us
Product descriptions, prices, delivery choices and any applicable stock information are shown before checkout. Please check your basket, delivery details and chosen fulfilment method before placing an order. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay using the payment method offered at checkout. We will send an order confirmation in a form you can keep.
Availability, prices and payment
Products are offered subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you with the available options. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken through the payment method selected at checkout.
Delivery and collection
See Shipping & Delivery for the available parcel, pallet, local delivery and collection options. Local and pallet deliveries depend on suitable access. Where requested, please give the What3Words location for the entrance or delivery point you want us to use. Customer collection is only by prior arrangement: wait for our ready-for-collection message before travelling.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order. Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy. If goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us so we can put things right. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will usually have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
